We recommend taking Simple Spectrum Supplement first thing in the morning with a meal. Mix it with your favorite food or drink (preferably 4-6 oz).

Begin at a low dosage (about half of the suggested dose for your child's weight) and gradually increase to the dosage listed below.

• 30-60 lb: 1/4 scoop 2 times a day*
• 61-90 lb: 1/2 scoop 2 times a day*
• 90-120 lb: 3/4 scoop 2 times a day*
• 120-150 lb: 1 scoop 2 times a day*
• 150-180 lb: 1 1/4 scoop 2 times a day*
• 180-210 lb: 1 1/2 scoop 2 times a day*
• 210-240 lb: 1 3/4 scoop 2 times a day*
• 240-270 lb: 2 scoop 2 times a day*
• 270-300 lb: 2 1/4 scoop 2 times a day*
